Welcome to Saint Therese Parish
I welcome you to our website and to a glimpse of Saint Therese Parish. All are welcome here. As St. Paul reminds us, "In Christ we are no longer Jew or gentile, woman or man, slave or free …" (GAL 3:28). St. Therese Parish cherishes each person regardless of ethnicity, orientation or status. Jesus Christ is the host here. You belong because you are a part of His Body.
As a result of the Archdiocese of Hartford's extensive pastoral planning process, St. Therese Parish merged with St. Bernard Church (Tariffville) in June 2017 to form a larger, more vibrant community of faith here in the Granbys, Hartlands and beyond. Now, Saint Therese Parish serves the pastoral care and administrative needs of the former St. Bernard family, and has custody of all its sacramental records (Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage).
It is my hope that we respect and care for all God’s children. I invite you to participate in our liturgies, educational programs and/or social activities. Our motto is “We Make Church Together!” Please join us.
